Alloy Wheel REpair & Finish.
The WHEEL MACHINE incorporates both a pneumatic and electric tyre machine, that has been speci cally designed and engineered to clean, repair and polish alloy wheels.
The base unit is operated by means of compressed air and electricity (240 volts) and incorporates its own tyre bead breaker, air line and gauge for in ating the tyre after the repair is completed.
The WHEEL MACHINE will accept all current car manufacturers alloy wheels when clamped on the inside rim, which are locked in position by means of pneumatically driven clamps.
The WHEEL MACHINE is a fantastic, versatile tool for anybody wanting to professionally repair and refurbish kerbed, scratched and corroded alloy rims. Supplied with a comprehensive starter pack and structured training programme, The WHEEL MACHINE provides the opportunity of a new pro tool stream for both existing and new start business enterprises.
The base unit can be used as a clamping bench and the motorised table allows turning of the
rim using the pedal activation to avoid operater movement around the unit.
The WHEEL MACHINE can be used to repair minor damage to alloy wheels quickly and to a
high standard. Repairs include scratched and scu ed rims and the removal of aking paints
and lacquer (whilst a mini orbital sander is recommended for any more intricate areas).
The WHEEL MACHINE repairs and prepares alloy wheels ready for re nishing, whether
originally painted, polished or clear coated.
